Shipping & Delivery

Every Ventalier piece is carefully inspected and prepared before beginning its journey to you. Our packaging is selected to protect the materials, finish and form of each piece throughout transit.

Processing Time

In-stock orders are typically prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Select, oversized or specially sourced pieces may require additional preparation time. If additional time is needed, we will contact you with an updated timeline.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on the destination, carrier and shipping service. Estimated transit times begin after an order has been processed and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Orders containing multiple pieces may arrive in separate shipments.

Packaging

Each piece is packaged with materials selected to protect its structure, surface and finish during transit. Some items may arrive in oversized or reinforced packaging because of their weight, scale or fragility.

Please retain the shipping box, inserts and all protective materials until you have inspected your order.

International Shipping

International shipping availability varies by destination and item. Please get in touch with us before placing an international order so we can confirm availability, delivery options and any additional costs.

Customs duties, import taxes and other destination fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Concerns

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or you experience another delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible - ideally within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, exterior of the box and shipping label. Please retain the item and all packaging materials until we confirm that they are no longer needed.
